Terms of Service Agreement

This agreement governs the administrative, dispatch coordination, and back-office support services provided by Hopar Contracting LLC to licensed motor carriers.

Hopar Contracting LLC provides logistics coordination, dispatch support, and back-office administrative assistance. We do not operate as a motor carrier, freight broker, or freight forwarder unless explicitly authorized by regulatory bodies.

Section 01

Operational Scope

All transportation services are executed by duly licensed, authorized, and insured motor carriers. Our role is strictly limited to administrative facilitation and operational support on behalf of the carrier.

Carriers agree to pay all service fees associated with dispatch coordination and back-office support. Use of our virtual terminal payment processing is subject to standard processing guidelines and carrier authorization.

Section 02

Financial Terms

All transactions processed through our administrative platforms are final. Dispute resolution, fee structures, and cancellation terms are governed strictly by individual carrier support contracts.

Licensed carriers maintain sole responsibility for vehicle operation, safety compliance, and insurance coverage. Hopar Contracting LLC assumes no liability for carrier operations, transit delays, or cargo claims.

Section 03

Carrier Compliance

Carriers must ensure all driver logs, safety records, and fleet documentations comply with state and federal transportation regulations during the term of our support service.
